• This offer is only valid for Vertex eStore users.
• Customers must make purchases through the Vertex eStore between 12 Nov 2025 00:00 and 10 Dec 2025 23:59 (Hong Kong time as displayed on the Vertex system) and accumulate a total spending of $1000 to be eligible for this offer.
• Eligible spending: Applicable to all products in the Vertex eStore (except e-Deposit). Orders must be in a “Completed” status; cancelled orders will not be counted towards the total spending.
• Accumulated spending is calculated independently for each email account and cannot be transferred from one account to another.
• The coupon rebate is expected to be sent via email within 5 business days of accumulating $1000 in spending and all related orders being marked as “Completed”: 2 x $50 coupon, valid for the Vertex eStore, usable on purchases of $800 or more (except e-Deposit), and valid until 31 Dec 2025.
• Each $50 coupon can only be used ONCE, and only ONE $50 coupon can be used per order.
• All coupons are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash or other products.
• Vertex reserves the right to suspend, vary or terminate the offers at any time and to amend the relevant terms and conditions from time to time without prior notice.
• In case of any dispute, the decision of Vertex shall be final.
