Account

You can create an account in four easy steps:
a) Go to the registration page;
b) Key in your email address, answer a question in digits, and click “Register”;
c) A password will be sent to your email;
d) You can change your password in Dashboard.

You may reset your password by clicking here. Enter your username or email, answer a question in digits, then click “Reset Password”. A “Reset Email” link will be sent to your registered email address so that you can reset your password. If you still fail to login, please email us at estore@vertexhk.com.

From your account dashboard, you can view your recent orders, manage your shipping and billing addresses, and edit your password and account details.

Order

Step 1: Log in to your account; create an account if you are not registered yet.
Step 2: Browse and add items to the Cart.
Step 3: Click “View Cart” or “Checkout”.
Step 4: Enter promotional code (if any) to apply a discount.
Step 5: Check/Fill in billing details/delivery address.
Step 6: Choose your preferred “Pickup Location” (if applicable); fill in “Order Notes” (if applicable).
Step 7: Select payment method.
Step 8: Read and agree to the website terms and conditions; click “Place Order”.

When you see a thank you page with an order number and details, it means you have successfully placed an order! An “Order Confirmation” email will be sent to your registered email address.

We accept payment methods below; delivery/pickup will be arranged after payment is confirmed:

1. Credit Card

We accept VISA, MasterCard and Union Pay credit cards. Pay securely through AEON Bank Payment Gateway.

  • The “PLACE ORDER” button leads you to the next page where you can choose to pay by VISA, MasterCard or Union Pay, then fill in your credit card details to complete your purchase.

2. Bank Transfer

3. Cheque Deposit

Please deposit the cheque into our bank account before delivery:

  • Cheque should be crossed and made payable to “Vertex Systems Limited”.

Please email us at estore@vertexhk.com once you have deposited the cheque.

You should receive an “Order Confirmation” email containing your order number, delivery address, and other details. If you identify any problems at this point, you may contact us at +852 3183 0600 (Mon – Fri, 9am – 6pm; except public holidays), or email us at estore@vertexhk.com.

Delivery/pickup will be arranged after payment is confirmed.

Please be sure to include/mention your order number and to let us know what changes need to be made. We will let you know, as quickly as possible, whether we were able to make the wanted changes.

Sorry, you can’t cancel your order once it’s been placed.

Delivery

Orders will be delivered by Vertex or SF Express to industrial, commercial and residential addresses.

Delivery areas:

  • Hong Kong ONLY: Hong Kong Island, Kowloon, New Territories, certain remote areas and outlying islands. SF Express service coverage >
  • P.O. Box is not accepted as shipping address.
  • Orders will be delivered to the address provided by customer upon checkout. An order can be delivered to one address only. If customer requires sending orders to multiple addresses, customer needs to place a separate order for each address.

* We will contact you in advance if there is any issue regarding your requested delivery address.

Estimated dispatch time (under normal circumstances):

  • The shipment will be ready in 1-3 business day(s) upon confirmation of payment. This might vary depending on stock availability.
  • Once the order is shipped out, the shipment will arrive at the shipping address in 1-2 business day(s).

* Deliveries may take longer during busy periods (for example, Christmas, Chinese New Year and Easter). There may also be situations, including but not exclusive to poor weather and traffic conditions, which result in a longer delivery.
* We/SF Express might call you in advance to confirm the delivery arrangement.

$30 Shipping Fee:

  • A flat shipping fee of HK$30 will be charged for orders below HK$3,000.

FREE Shipping:

  • FREE shipping on orders of HK$3,000 or above. Certain products may be excluded, e.g. iPhone

If you want to authorise someone to pick up the order for you, please download, fill in and sign the Authorisation Form.

Can I authorise another person to pick up the order for me?

Yes, you can simply download, fill in and sign the Authorisation Form and have your authorised person present his/her HKID/passport, this form and the “Order Confirmation” email when picking up the order.

What if I miss the 7-day pickup period?

We recommend you collect your order within the 7-day period. If you fail to pick up your order on or before the pickup deadline, your order will be cancelled.

Flat fee HK$30 (FREE shipping on orders of HK$3,000 or above / with designated coupon codes – Certain products may be excluded, e.g. iPhone). During checkout, please select SF Store as a pickup location, then fill in its code and address.

Exchange, Return and Refund

All Exchange, Maintenance and Repair service will be handled by the product’s manufacturer/vendor. All Apple products are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. Please contact Apple’s authorized service provider for maintenance and warranty issue.

We will inform you if individual item(s) in your order is(are) out of stock or has(have) become obsolete. A refund for the item(s) will be issued to you.
